A berry blend over a light tea base — strawberry and blackcurrant leading, raspberry filling in behind, with the dried fruit visible in the leaf. It brews a deep pink-red and tastes jammy and sharp at once, the tartness holding the sweetness in check so it finishes clean rather than sticky. Base, dried fruit and flavouring are all sourced in China. The best cold-brew in the range: eight hours in the fridge and it drinks like fruit squash.
