Richer and more roasted, this Tie Guanyin displays toasted sugar, baked fruit, and lingering orchid fragrance. The mouthfeel is fuller, and the finish carries a comforting roasted sweetness. It rewards slower steeping and shows depth across several infusions. Loose leaf, and made for gongfu brewing: many short infusions rather than one long one.
