Will sending an order charge me?
No. “Send for Confirmation” sends your cart and contact details to the shop so we can verify stock and delivery. Payment happens only through a later secure payment step or an agreed payment-on-delivery arrangement.
How fast is Shanghai delivery?
Most confirmed urban Shanghai orders arrive in approximately 2–4 hours during opening hours. Distance, traffic, stock checks and hotel access can affect the exact time.
Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes. Include the hotel name, address, guest name and room number when available. Please also leave a phone or WhatsApp contact in case reception needs help identifying the delivery.
Can you ship outside China?
We can check international shipping for your destination. Send the order request first; we will confirm carrier availability, shipping cost and estimated timing before you pay.
What if an item is wrong or damaged?
Contact us promptly and keep the item and packaging. Photos of the parcel, label and affected item help us review a replacement, missing-item delivery or refund.
Can I visit the shop instead?
Yes. Visit Unit 239 on the second floor of 88 Lishui Road, Shanghai. We are normally open daily from 10:00 to 19:00, and tea tasting can be booked online.
